Returns and cancellation
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle should be unopened and the seal must be intact. The bottle must be sent in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, if the refund is approved, for paid orders the refund will be processed automatically. For COD orders, we will contact you for your bank details so we can make the bank transfer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping of return products
Return pickups are not possible for all pin codes. We will let you know if we can arrange for pickup ourselves or whether you need to ship the product to us. If you need to return your product yourselves, you should courier or post your product to #336, 9th Cross, IV Phase, Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore - 560058, PH: 9380080931
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. But if a return and refund are approved and if you send us a scan of the courier tracking that clearly mentions the cost, we will add your cost of shipping to the refund.
